By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from March 16, 2020 at 12:00:00 pm (ADT) to the end of the NCAA Tournament (the "Contest Period"). Bracket submissions must be submitted by March 18 at 11:59 PM. In order to be eligible for the prize each entry, regardless of method of entry, must be received during the sumbission time frame. No contest necessary. 

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, you must fill out the form in it's entirety. This contest may include a third-party, i.e., sponsor instructions as well. 

3. WHO CAN ENTER

This Contest is open to all residents of Nova Scotia, Canada who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Halifax Thunderbirds or Alexander Keith's, and any subsidiaries or affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Contest, nor are members of their immediate families and persons domiciled with them. Each entrant under the age of majority must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit his/her personal information in order to enter the Contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all the required fields on the relevant portion of the Entry Form, including his/her name and address. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified.

4. THE PRIZE

The Thunderbirds and Pro・Line will be providing three tiers of winners, (1) Grand Prize, (1) Second Prize, (1) Third Prize. 

5. CONTEST DRAW

GRAND PRIZE DRAW
A random draw will be conducted following the NCAA tournament from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. There will be three (3) entrants randomly chosen to win.

6. HOW TO WIN

In order to be declared a Prize winner, in addition to complying with the other terms and conditions of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, the selected entrant must comply with the following conditions:

• Grand Prize winners: The Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) must be reached by email or phone by a Thunderbirds representative within five (5) business days of the random draw.

Should a selected entrant fail to meet any of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, he/she will be disqualified. A new random draw will be conducted from amongst all remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations in order to select another entrant, who will be subject to the same conditions and could be disqualified in the same manner.

7. GENERAL RULES

By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Halifax Thunderbirds and the independent judging organization, if any, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of the Thunderbirds and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants who will be notified by email. Halifax Thunderbirds reserves the right to disqualify all entrants who fail to comply with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations or who make any misrepresentation relating to the Contest, drawing and redemption of any prize.

If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any personal information collected will be handled in strict accordance with the Halifax Thunderbirds Privacy Agreement found at www.halifaxthunderbirds.com all applicable privacy legislation. The Halifax Thunderbirds will not sell any personal information collected for this Contest to any third party.  By entering this Contest, the entrant (or entrant’s parent or legal guardian if applicable) hereby consents to the Halifax Thunderbirds collection, use, and disclosure of the entrant's personal information.

By accepting a Prize, each winner (or winner’s parent or legal guardian if applicable) consents to the use of his/her name, personal information and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Contest by the Sponsors or Administrator without further notice or compensation.
