If I buy a season ticket membership but can’t make it to all games, what happens?

When you purchase season tickets, you never lose the value of your season tickets. We know things come up, and that’s okay! Call or email one of our ticket representatives, and we will be able to exchange your unused, unscanned ticket for any other game within the same regular season for a ticket of equal or lesser value.

How many games are included in my season ticket package?

Season tickets are based on a 10-game schedule. Nine home games and the first round of the NLL playoffs, on us!

Are children allowed in lounges (orange premium section)?

Is there a payment plan for my season tickets?

We offer an interest free payment plan. To opt in, please contact a Thunderbirds ticket representative. Our payment plan runs May 16, July 16, September 16, and November 4.

Thunderbirds ticket representatives are available to discuss seating locations, group events, and corporate outings, while offering the best available pricing.

SEASON TICKET EXCHANGES

As an added perk for becoming a Thunderbirds Season Ticket Holder, the Thunderbirds have created the best ticket exchange policy in all of sports. All unused season tickets from past or future regular season games within the same season are exchangeable for a game of your choice. This means that if you were unable to make a game earlier in the season for any reason, you can exchange that unused season ticket  for any game during the remainder of that same season.

Also, if you know in advance that you cannot make a game date for any reason, you can exchange your ticket(s) for any other game within that same season. All season ticket exchanges are for a ticket of equal or lesser value and are subject to availability.

The Thunderbirds reserve the right to withhold any exchanges. Exclusions and limitations may apply.

GOLDEN RULES FOR SEASON TICKET EXCHANGES

1.  All unused season tickets (both prior to or after the printed game date) are exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value throughout the same regular season. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.

2. Once exchanged, a season ticket cannot be exchanged again (signified by a $0 face value on the ticket).

3. Season Tickets are not exchangeable for Club Seating, Private Suites, or promotional ticket offers.
